Bianca is a group fitness instructor with over eight years’ experience in the industry. She began her fitness career with Champneys Health Resorts where she gained experience in a wide range of disciplines, and has since delivered specialist fitness programs both abroad and in the UK whilst completing an undergraduate degree in Biomedical Science. Bianca now continues to maintain her interest in exercise and fitness alongside her position as a PhD research student at Oxford Brookes University’s Department of Biological and Medical Sciences. In both of these fields she is passionate about helping others via public outreach and community projects.
Bianca leads the Thursday session at Brookes Sport Botley from 7-8pm.
Martina is a qualified Primary Teacher specialising in physical education from Slovakia. She was also a national volleyball player for 12 years which taught her to love sports and importance of exercise.
Since arriving in England in 1998, she has started coaching and teaching different sports. She always loved swimming but never had an opportunity to swim professionally so she became a qualified swimming Instructor. She has been a level 2 Swimming Instructor in local Sport Centres in Oxford for the last 5 years, working with all ages and levels but specialises in swimming technique for competitive swimmers. For the last 2 years she has also volunteered as a coaching assistant for the Kidlington swimming club and has progressed to coaching the 8-12 year olds.
Martina leads the 2-3pm session at Brookes Sport (Botley) on Tuesday and 11am-12pm session at Barton Leisure Centre on Wednesdays.
Vanessa graduated as a physiotherapist and is also a Level 3 Personal trainer. She worked overseas for 10 years and has now settled in Oxford where she is currently in the process of completing her Comprehensive Pilates Training. She sees Fluid Motion as a vital tool to make exercise enjoyable and physically challenging experience for all ages and abilities. She is always looking to help people learn that they can ultimately calibrate their movements for optimal health and well-being, achieving a physical and mental balance.
Vanessa leads the Tuesday session at Barton Leisure Centre from 2-3pm.
