Session times and dates

​​Fluid Motion sessions are designed around your needs. 

Session Overview:

  • For your first Fluid Motion session, please arrive at the pool venue 30 minutes before the start of the session to meet with the instructors. 

  • You will be asked to complete a medical questionnaire, and discuss your condition or problem with the instructor who will assess you, and identify your aquatic rehabilitation programme. 

  • After changing into your swimming clothes you will meet up with other participants in or beside the pool. Here, you will receive an Android tablet

  • The session will begin with a 10 minute warm-up followed by 3-4 minute exercises with group activities in-between to maintain a comfortable body temperature.

  • The session will end with a 5 minute warm-down and stretching routine.

  • The instructor will be in the pool to guide and support you through each stage of the session.  They will also be available for discussion and feedback after the session

  • ​We collect feedback from you after every sessions so that we can deliver tailored rehabilitation exercise that continually develop to keep up with your changing needs and progression.
